Balhondo Open Village
What is the house like?
An 18th-century building where the old casino of Puebla de Alcocer was located and located on the main street of the town, has been the enclave chosen to host the Balhondo Open Village cottage.
Of 300m2 of plant, it consists of a ground floor where, in addition to locating the kitchen (of 20m2), a room adapted for people with reduced mobility and two toilets for use by all the inhabitants of the house, there is a large living room to read and rest with fireplace and breakfast area. The 120m2 room can be subdivided into three rooms where workshops and classes can be taught or meetings can be held, since all three would be equipped with audiovisual media.
Adjacent to the great hall is a 44m2 patio with an old well that gives the house a private outdoor area.
The upper floor has feel rooms: six doubles and one quadruple. The quadruple room can be annexed to one of the double rooms thus creating a stay for six people.
There is also a small patio of 17m2.
